A distilled spirit of 14 natural botanicals, including juniper, lemon peel, sumac, orris root, parsley, rosemary, and sorrel.  Its goal is to embody the Pacific Northwest's temperate rainforest.   Parsley we feel is the most prominent flavor, positioning it to support some unique drinks.
