Woodland is a collaboration between Empress and Oslo Brewing Co, with the purpose to make mead with a modern twist.  The result is a sparkling NA honey wine with heather and forest ingredients collected from Norwegian nature.

Flavored with elegant florals, leafy pine notes, light minerality with a sweet & tart balance.

Ingredients: Kombucha, heather flowers, pine cones, birch bark, juniper bush, blueberry, rose pepper, sea salt, Hojicha green tea, water, heather honey & flower honey.

• Life ~1yr closed (check label) or 3 days open.  Refrigerate after opening.
