Espresso

Espresso means "expressed", or done quickly.  The Italians generally drink them in 2-3 sips.  Please don't scald yourself trying to accomplish that.

Standard size is a 45g double shot.

We prepare espresso using a Flair hand press, because it's simple and crafty and the exercise is healthy.  We use Mod Bar steam.
