Notes	Danish for "cold spring", being sourced from one of the highest points in Denmark. Groundwater in this area usually rides 8-12°C year round. Discovered in the Mossø Conversation Area by a retired insurance agent and his wife in 2001, the actual vintage of the source is undetermined (ice age estimated). Light and slightly sweet.
