Mindo Country of Origin Bars, 50g/1.76oz

The Country of Origin bars are not just sourced in Ecuador, they are processed into bars there.  It is rare for the population at the sourcing location to have the opportunity to enjoy the finished product.

Mindo chocolate is manufactured in Dexter, MI.  All their cacao is heirloom Nacional variety, sourced directly from family in Mindo, Ecuador.  They source the green coffee beans that we sometimes carry from Finca Perla Negra in the same region.
