Mindo Rustic Cacao Bars, 50g/1.76oz

The rustic bars are stone ground coarsely, traditional Aztec style, resulting in a crunchy texture.

Mindo chocolate is manufactured in Dexter, MI.  All their cacao is heirloom Nacional variety, sourced directly from family in Mindo, Ecuador.  They source the green coffee beans that we sometimes carry from Finca Perla Negra in the same region.
