Mayor Marian McClellan seemed please with the new "Oak Park, Actually." tees. This saying is adapted from the saying "Hove, Actually.", which has become a well known joke in the South of the UK. Brighton and Hove are neighboring South shore towns. Brighton is a big, popular, University town... but if you’re rich and fancy, you evolve and move to Hove. It's akin to people moving to Birmingham or Bloomfield Hills once you’ve “made it”. Bit more on that:
