At our "Bean Buffet", we pre-weigh a variety of bean types (roasted by BC and/or other roasters) into little gray "dose cans". Any drink in the "Single Dose Prep" menu can be made with any available bean type... so grab a can, hand it to us, and we'll prepare whichever drink with your chosen dose. Just keep an eye dose price, some beans can get a bit pricey.
We use an 18g dose for all bean types and preparation styles, varying our grinder settings to target an 18-22% solubles extraction.
